Upcoming SHRM Conference to Include Affordable Care Act Session

Beth Baerman from Attendance on Demand will be a featured presenter at the SHRM Conference Tuesday, June 21

(June 2016) — The annual SHRM Conference & Expo, sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) draws more than 15,000 HR professionals from around the world. The annual Conference will be held June 19-22, 2016 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

Beth Baerman, Director of Communications for Attendance on Demand, will present "ACA – Misconceptions and Pitfalls for Seasonal and Variable Hour Employees" on Tuesday, June 21st.

Baerman is an expert in time and labor management. As a frequent speaker about labor compliance, she has been advising employers about the Affordable Care Act and its implications for over three years. Baerman was recognized for this work with a 2014 Gold Award for Communications in the prestigious Women in Business World Awards.
