Attendance on Demand, Inc. to Present at the 25th Annual Rocky Mountain Payroll Conference
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Information that Payroll and HR Professionals Must Know
Attendance on Demand, Inc. will speak at the 25th Annual Rocky Mountain Payroll Conference at the Ameristar Casino Resort in Black Hawk, Colorado on Friday, October 17, 2014 highlighting key points for understanding the timekeeping aspects of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Attendees will learn why it will be more cost effective to look at labor management systems for managing ACA compliance versus using payroll systems for tracking. Other topics will include identifying why managing part-/full-time status is more critical than ever and why establishing liability reporting and record-keeping practices will become important.
Representing Attendance on Demand and speaking at the conference is Beth Baerman, Director of Corporate Communications. Baerman has more than 15 years' experience in technical training and product management. Speaking on compliance related issues and work force management, Baerman has spoken at various conferences, such as the American Payroll Association and American College of Health Care Administrators.
"It's an honor to speak at the conference about such a complex subject matter as the Affordable Care Act," Baerman said. "There are many aspects of the Affordable Care Act that HR and Payroll professionals still don't understand and my hope is to change that."
